Edit Column Configuration Page
Edit Column page is used to modify the SmartTag configuration for a particular column in the document library. If the column name is clicked(e.g. Legal Terms or Corporate Keywords in the below example, the Edit Column form is launched.
This form enables editing of the Words to scan & Relevance configurations for the selected column
Modify the values of Words to scan & Relevance & click ‘OK’ to save the settings and go back to SmartTag Settings page. Click ‘Cancel’ to navigate to the SmartTag Settings page.
SmartTag settings page displays the newly added column configurations as below:
A column is removed from the set of columns enables for SmartTag by clicking on Delete configuration button.
